All the users of the web portal “connecthronline.com” who causes the payment for the value added services provided by “Global Guidance” are subject to the payment policy described hereinbelow. It is hereby categorically confirmed that all the users who cause the payment to the account of “ Global Guidance ” for the value added services provide in the web portal are voluntarily agreed to the payment policy described hereinbelow.
The enrolment of the user to the aforesaid web portal is provided without any charges. There shall not be any periodic, recurring or renewing charges for the users who have enrolled their details in the web portal provided by “ Global Guidance”. The user is at liberty to revise, alter, amend, add, modify and rearrange the data entered by the user to the web portal at any point of time with the due approval and confirmation of “ Global Guidance”.
“ Global Guidance” do hereby offer certain additional services apart from the basic service of effecting the enrolment of the individuals who are intended to list out their names and data for the purpose of availing any placement or the individuals, establishments, companies, firms, Hindu Undivided Family, etc., by publishing their requirements with respect to the prospective employees, managers, skilled labours, etc., by using the web portal provided by “ Global Guidance”. The said additional services provided by “ Global Guidance” shall be termed hereunder as value added services . the user , whoever it may be, intended to avail the said value added services provided by “ Global Guidance” shall make respective paymentstowards the services availed by them.
The user, irrespective of an individual, establishment, company, firm , Hindu Undivided Family, whatsoever the nature or identity of the user are not at all entitled to transfer the enrolment at any point of time in the web portal effected by them.
The violations to this payment policy caused by the user, whatsoever it maybe, shall disqualify the user from availing the services provided by “ Global Guidance” through its web portal.
It is hereby made clear that the services availed by the user through the web portal asfree of cost are the enrolment of the data of the user as prescribed in the web portal and the browsing of the permitted data by the user through the web portal.
The value added services provided by “ Global Guidance” in the web portal are available against the prescibed payment as well as service charges as described in the tariff plan. The value added services provided through the web portal by the “ Global Guidance” are subject to the corresponding payments made by the user.
The payment made by the user against the value added services is a nonrefundable one against cancellation whatsoever maybe the reason.
The subscription of value added services by effecting the appropriate service charges as prescribed is an additional privilege to the user with respect to the regular services provided as free of cost. The value added services described in this payment policy also shall not be construed as an assured or guaranteed resolution or remedy for the purpose of the user to find out either suitable employment or appropriate employees.
The user, by effecting the payment prescribed, do hereby confirm that the restrictions, deactivation, etc., of any services by the user either to the mobile phone connection or email address provided by the user for communication shall be the absolute responsibility of the user and “ Global Guidance” shall not be made responsible or liable for any non-acceptance or non-receipt of any intimations generated in furtherance of the services, either the free of cost services or the value added services.
The automated online intimations are the essential part of value added services offered herein and it is the sole responsibility of the user to provide proper receptive systems to such intimations.
The user shall not be entitled to raise any claim, compensation, damages up on the failure or delay in obtaining the placement or recruitment services as well as the non-availability of appropriate employees while using the web portal. The usage of cost free services through the web portal provided by “ Global Guidance” shall only be interpreted as providing a facility for a common platform for probable human resources solutions and shall not be interpreted as an assurance of accomplishment of the intended object of the user.
The value added services available through the web portal can be availed only after the confirmation with respect to the remittance of the required service charges by the “ Global Guidance”.
the prospective features, benefits, etc., by subscribing the value-added services are to be verified and ensured as useful before effecting payment against the same by the user. The payment affected by the user at any point of time shall not be refunded for any reasons, whatsoever it maybe.
All the payments effected by the user for availing the value added services provided in the web portal by “ Global Guidance” shall be considered and treated as the voluntary act of the user and no claims, whatsoever it maybe, shall be sustainable against “ Global Guidance”.
It shall be presumed that the user has read, perused understood and accepted the payment policy of “ Global Guidance” for the use of value added services through the web portal.
All the above payment policies are verified, scrutinised and deemed as accepted by the "user"by effecting the payment. The period of service and the reservations and conditions of service provided by “ Global Guidance ” are incorporated against each value added services.
